Payments

Please note that all Northwest SCADA transactions will be charged in USD, not the displayed EUR, and customers may be subject to exchange rate and credit card fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and address any applicable fees associated with currency conversion. Prices may be adjusted to accommodate fluctuations in exchange rates. By proceeding with a transaction, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Returns

We regret to inform customers that all sales made through our platform are considered final, and Northwest SCADA does not accept returns or exchanges. It is the responsibility of customers to carefully review and assess their purchases before completing transactions. Exceptions will only be considered in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt, in which case customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide relevant documentation such as photographs. Northwest SCADA reserves the right to assess and determine the eligibility of any return requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no return policy, as it allows us to maintain competitive pricing and high-quality service.
