Quote Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing the quotation provided by Northwest SCADA (“the Company”). These terms and conditions are applicable to all quotations issued by the Company and serve as an agreement between the Company and the customer.

 

Inventory Disclaimer: While the Company strives to maintain accurate inventory records, please be aware that inventory levels can change rapidly. The availability of products mentioned in this quote is based on the current inventory status at the time of quotation issuance. The Company cannot guarantee the availability of products until your order is confirmed and payment is received. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, the Company will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative or provide a revised quote.

1. Quote Validity:

  • The quote provided by the Company is valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of issuance.

2. Pricing:

  • All prices quoted are in CAD unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted based on market conditions, availability, or other factors.

3. Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be made in full within 15 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods are Credit Card/Debit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer

4. Acceptance:

  • The customer must formally accept the quote within the specified validity period for it to be considered valid.
  • Acceptance can be communicated by paying for the order via the payment link provided via the quote email, or written confirmation via email.

5. Scope of Quote:

  • The quote covers the specific products and services described in the quotation document.
  • Any changes or additions to the scope may require a revised quote.

6. Delivery and Lead Time:

  • Delivery dates provided in the quote are estimates and are subject to change based on factors including product availability, order volume, and shipping conditions.

7. Warranty:

  • Products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties, if applicable. Please refer to product documentation for warranty details.

8. Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of acceptance without penalty.
  • After the initial 12-hour period, cancellation may be subject to restocking fees or other charges as determined by the Company.

9. Returns:

  • Returns are subject to the Company’s return policy, which can be provided upon request.

10. Taxes and Duties: – Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Ownership: – Ownership of products remains with the Company until payment is received in full.

13. Acceptance: – By accepting this quote, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
